Schuylkill Chapter
#25
locally sponsors a Scholar-Athlete
Awards Banquet. Fifteen school districts in the county participate
in the program and each school district selects its own Scholar Athlete. The final selection of the
Schuylkill County Scholar Athlete is made by a committee from the
Schuylkill County Chapter. Our members are
both men and women. They are fans, parents, coaches, players,
referees, and administrators. They are educators, business people,
doctors, lawyers, politicians and engineers. They are sports minded
individuals interested in promoting amateur football, promoting the
youth of Schuylkill County and our Scholar Athlete program.
